Professor Paul Smith graduated in medicine from The Flinders University of South Australia in 1986, and completed orthopaedic surgical training in 1995.

Dr Al Burns graduated in medicine from the University of Sydney in 1995 and completed his advanced orthopaedic training in Sydney.

Dr Masoumi completed his orthopaedic training in Australia before pursuing further advanced fellowships in upper limb surgery
